Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach activities to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Meet customers and prospects in person and virtually to assess insurance needs and present customized coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with the agency team to align sales efforts and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications in CRM systems.
- Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales, cold calling, or insurance sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a resilient and persistent attitude toward prospecting.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up habits.
- Willingness to obtain or maintain necessary insurance licenses.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
